1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply when you use grandoweb.ca or hire us for a project. Using the site means you're okay with what's below. If not, that's fine—just don't use it.

2. Services Offered

We design and build websites. That includes front-end development, full-stack work, and ongoing maintenance. What exactly we do for you gets spelled out in a project agreement before we start.

3. Payment Terms

We agree on payment terms before each project. Unless we say otherwise in writing, invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments pick up 1.5% interest per month.

4. Intellectual Property

Once you've paid in full, everything we built for you is yours. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and knowledge from the project. Any third-party stuff (fonts, libraries) stays under its own licence.

5. Limitation of Liability

We're not on the hook for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us for the work in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ontario law. If there's a dispute, Ontario courts have jurisdiction.
