Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use grandoweb.ca or hire us. We design and build websites; what exactly we do for you is set out in a project agreement before we start.

Payment terms are agreed per project. Unless we say otherwise in writing, invoices are due within 30 days and late payments pick up 1.5% interest per month.

Once you’ve paid in full, everything we built for you is yours. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and knowledge. Third-party fonts and libraries stay under their own licences.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid us for the work in question. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.
